As part of my concept album, this song is to go between "Maths is Worse than Trump!" and "When the Phone Rings".
The song is about my frustration at government voting being compulsory in Australia, since I am 18 years old at this time and voting is mandatory by that age. If one chooses not to vote, they get fined. The song is written in the style of TISM; their acronym is dropped in the third verse.
The song opens with guitar feedback (downloaded from freesound.org), which segues out from "Maths is Worse Than".
