A reprise of the earlier song "Untitled (No Place Like Home)".
The opening verse includes a bit of anadiplosis. The start-stop nature of the words in the final verse was inspired by the "morally, legally, and most reliably dead etc" section in "Ding! Dong! The Witch is Dead".
This was recorded at the music room in St Albans Secondary College, about an hour before performances for the Wizard of Oz began.
lyrics
The cold air is still
Still is the peaceful day
The day is calm and dull
Dull is the ongoing practice
When I make a mistake, Sir's eyes are ablaze
It pains me to see the glaring look on his face
Onstage, there are some actors' contradictions
The Boss expresses her deep frustrations
And we're tirelessly racing through the songs
Yes, we'll fix it up if something goes wrong
The show is eagerly awaiting us
Eagerly awaiting us is the show
And this final year is my precious keepsake
Full of good times, but also with heartache
The meanings gradually become a syndrome
And I believe that there is definitely, mentally, physically, absolutely, legally, musically, delicately, affectionately, technically, exceptionally, questionably, evidently, eloquently, genuinely, and most reliably, no place like home.
